1. Our Commitment to Customer Satisfaction: At StillMinds, we are committed to ensuring that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a refund or exchange policy to help resolve any issues.

2. Returns Policy:

  • You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
  • Items should be returned in their original packaging and with all tags attached.
  • We'll notify you via email of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

3. Refunds Policy:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. The refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
  • Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.

4. Exchanges:

  • If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you wish to receive.

5. Conditions for Returns and Refunds:

  • Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned unless they are defective.
  • Items must be in new or unused condition and contain all original materials (such as manuals or accessories).
  • Intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases are not returnable due to health or safety concerns.

6. How to Initiate a Return:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

7. Special Conditions:

  • Sale items and discounted items are generally not returnable unless defective.
  • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

8. International Returns:

  • International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs or import charges related to the return.

9. Change of Mind Returns:

  • If you simply change your mind about a purchase, you may return the item within 2 days, but you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

10. Final Sale:

  • Certain items, such as clearance items, are marked as "Final Sale" and cannot be returned or exchanged.
